Start by punching out a circle using the 1" Circle Punch (119868) out of your Designer Series Paper (DSP). The design I'm using is from the Flirtatious Specialty DSP (122360) pack.
Spritz lightly with plain water.
Making it moist will help to make it more pliable and easier to mold around the brad, as shown here.
Work it, tucking it in, toward the bottom side of your brad. When you're done, here's what the front will look like. Allow to dry and there you have it...
